Our staff serving with same uniforms is selected among the people who
give importance to their personal care, have at least three years of work experience,
have health certificate proving that they don’t have a disqualification to perform
related jobs and who don’t have any criminal record. Our drivers are required
to have certificate proving that they passed the psycho-technique and driving
safety technique trainings. Moreover, our staff is subjected to trainings related
to sector-specific problems periodically.
All vehicles in our fleet are between 0-3 years old, air conditioned and
comfortable. Moreover, all vehicles are equipped with Global Positioning
System (GPS). Pick up points of our customers’ staff are positioned and timed over
the map in detail. Fuel is supplied in contracted fuel companies by electronic payment
system all over Turkey.
Our fleet has a contract with a firm serving private health and ambulance services.
Seat insurance is made in the name of each customer. Customers benefit from
this insurance in a possible accident or an injury. Files related to the drivers and
vehicles are sent to companies we are serving.
All of our vehicles are served by MEDLINE ALARM SAĞLIK HİZM. A.Ş.
In case of a possible sickness or an accident during travel in our vehicle staff
of our customers benefit from emergency doctor and ambulance services.
In the initial medical attention medicines and medical supplies are provided
by MEDLINE Alarm Sağlık Hizmetleri.
